This is the  Winston Churchill Air Commodore Toby Jug.  Designed in 2006 to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the death of Sir Winston Churchill in 2005. It is hand-made and hand decorated by Bairstow Pottery Collectables. Who are based in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire. And they are world famous for their political character jugs.  Which includes their  British Prime Minister series of Toby Jugs.

Designed and modelled by Ray Noble. Who is one of the most gifted and well known modellers working with pottery and ceramics. Who has many years experience working in the UK pottery industry.

This Winston Churchil Air Commodore Toby Jug is produced in world-wide Limited Edition of 250.  With each Toby Jug  individually numbered on the base.

The height of this Toby Jug is 28cm.
