Stoke Art Pottery wants to make your on-line shopping experience as simple and safe as possible. We offer all our customers a 14 Day “No Quibble” money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase, it may be returned to us for a full refund.

IF THE ITEM IS NOT DAMAGED OR FAULTY THE GOODS MUST BE RETURNED AT THE BUYERS RISK AND COST.

You MUST contact us first, within fourteen days of your order being received. This can be done by e-mail info@stokeartpottery.co.uk or by telephone 07872 435590 and we will advise you of the method that the goods should be returned.

The refund will be made in FULL when the ordered items are received and are in a saleable and undamaged condition.

 

Prices

  • All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
  • Delivery charges including packing and insurance for ALL UK ORDERS is FREE to UK addresses , and we offer very competitive rates for our International customers.
  • International Buyers should select the country of destination for the relevant invoice value of the item being purchased which includes International Post & Packing.
  • International buyers are responsible are responsible for any duties, sales taxes and any other local taxes or charges that are levied in the country of destination.

Delivery

  • Goods will only be despatched after cleared payment has been received.
  • For deliveries to UK addresses please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivey
  • UK ONLY – Express 2 Day Delivery within 3 working days of receipt of cleared payment
  • For deliveries to Ireland and Mainland Europe addresses please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery
  • For all International deliveries outside Europe please allow 7 – 14 days for delivery.
  • Working days means Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays
  • Any delays will be notified by email, giving the estimated despatch/delivery dates and the option of cancelling the order.
  • No liability is accepted by any delay or loss of goods by any carrier.
  • Email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been despatched.

Delivery Costs

Product Information

  • The items offered for sale are all hand painted therefore no two items will be identical and slight colour variations and brush strokes add to their uniqueness
  • The Reactive Glaze technique may cause the antiquing affect known as crazing. The pieces can be quite musical and sometimes you may hear the ‘ping’ as the glazes are still moving.
  • The Living Glaze technique can result in some products having a fine surface “crackling”, this is a natural process and will continue to develop as the pieces mature. If you listen carefully you can hear the glaze move against the clay.
  • All measurements quoted are approximate.

 

Availability

  • All items are offered for sale with next day despatch subject to availability, If for any reason you will be advised of the delay with the option for a immediate FULL refund.
  • No liability is accepted if for any reason any order placed cannot be fulfilled, other than the refund of all monies received.
